I contacted Robin about a piece of property that I was closing on. He was professional and prompt, within 24 hours he had visited the property and gave me an accurate estimate of the work involved. The site visit happened on a Friday, by Wednesday of the next week everything had been cleaned up in time for me to close on the property.
